Priscilla Rosenwald helps match the right person with the right organization.

For more than a decade, she has helped nonprofits and companies define the mission-critical roles that they need to fill and find the right person for the job.

Priscilla Rosenwald established Leadership Recruiters as part of a personal mission to match her personal and professional values with the value she could bring to organizations. Across the country, clients in the nonprofit and corporate sectors turn to her for her experience in organizational consulting, executive hiring, and talent management. She established TransitionWorks to ensure successful leadership transitions.

Her thorough approach to recruitment ensures the best cultural fit and identifies the best people in the industry, as measured by competence, initiative, and performance. Priscilla recognizes how vital it is to secure and develop top leaders to ensure an organization’s success.

Before establishing Leadership Recruiters, Priscilla was an Executive Recruiter with Heidrick & Struggles, Inc., one of the world’s largest executive search firms, where she placed chief executives and board members in a wide range of organizations. She previously served as principal of HealthLink, a consulting firm specializing in board development, strategic planning, and project management for non-profit organizations.

She has been a member of the senior management teams of corporate and non-profit healthcare and service organizations, delivering project management and training collaborations. Priscilla has served as a consultant and adjunct faculty member of Nonprofit Center at LaSalle, Temple University, and the Wharton School at University of Pennsylvania.

A tireless advocate for women’s health issues, she co-founded the Women’s Health and Environment Network, which addresses the interface between environmental toxins and public health.

She also serves on professional and cultural boards and has been a United Way Loaned Executive. Her board affiliations include Philadelphia Human Resource Planning Society, Pennsylvania Nonprofit Report, Miro Dance Theatre, Dance USA, and Chair, First Person Arts. Priscilla holds a Masters degree from Hunter College in Group and Organizational Development.
