This is an exciting opportunity to lead a dynamic social service and educational organization. We are seeking talented candidates for the role of Executive Director to promote the organization’s mission and values through demonstrated strategic leadership, strong personal conviction and a record of accomplishment in service-driven organizations. The next Executive Director will be responsible for continuing the vision for the organization’s growth and development, ensuring strong team management and the highest quality of service in each of the program areas, assuring the agency’s financial viability, building collaborative partnerships, and serving as the key spokesperson for the organization.

The College Settlement of Philadelphia., located in Horsham, PA, has been in operation for almost 100 years, housed on a 235-acre property. The College Settlement has been delivering a unique camp and outdoor educational experience to over 6,000 young people concentrated in the greater Philadelphia area each year, providing underserved youth with the invaluable opportunity to realize the benefits of outdoor experiences, while fostering personal growth in a safe, affordable, nurturing environment. Programs include a summer day camp, overnight camp, and an outdoor school program in the fall and spring.
