Priscilla Rosenwald is one of America’s thought leaders addressing change, transition and talent in the nonprofit sector. As the Principal of Leadership Recruiters, she has been providing the rare combination of leadership development, organizational dynamics, and talent selection for the past 18 years. Priscilla recognizes how vital it is to develop professional and volunteer leadership talent to ensure an organization’s success. She released her groundbreaking book entitled When Leaders Leave: A New Perspective on Leadership Change to address the significant role of board stewardship.

Before establishing Leadership Recruiters, Priscilla was an Executive Recruiter with Heidrick & Struggles, Inc., where she placed chief executives and board members in Fortune 500 and 1000 corporations. She previously served as principal of HealthLink, a consulting firm specializing in board development, strategic planning and project management. As a member of the senior management teams of corporate and non-profit healthcare and service organizations, she delivered project management and training collaborations.

Priscilla has served as a consultant and adjunct faculty member of the Wharton and Social Policy Schools at University of Pennsylvania. She lectures on Change Management and is a Fellow at the Fels Institute at the University of Pennsylvania. Priscilla She also serves on professional and cultural boards, and has been a United Way Loaned Executive; her current board affiliations include Welcoming Center for New Pennsylvanians. Priscilla holds an undergraduate degree from Temple University and Masters’ degree from Hunter College, New York City, in Organizational Management and Leadership.
