Priscilla Rosenwald

Priscilla Rosenwald, founder and principal, established Leadership Recruiters as part of a personal mission to match her values with the value-add she could bring to organizations. With 20 years of experience in organizational consulting, executive hiring and management within the non-profit and corporate sectors, she offers unique perspective to her clients and partners with them to improve organizational effectiveness.

Before establishing Leadership Recruiters, Priscilla was an Executive Recruiter with Heidrick & Struggles, Inc., one of the world’s largest executive search firms, where she placed chief executives and board members in various organizations. She previously served as principal of HealthLink, a consulting firm specializing in board development, strategic planning and project management for non-profit organizations. She has been a member of the senior management teams of corporate and non-profit healthcare and service organizations, delivering project management and training collaborations. Priscilla has served as a consultant and adjunct faculty member of LaSalle Nonprofit Management Development Center, Community College of Philadelphia, Temple University and the Wharton School at University of Pennsylvania.

A tireless advocate for women’s health issues, she co-founded the Women’s Health and Environmental Network, which addresses the interface between environmental toxins and public health. She also serves on professional and cultural boards, and has been a United Way Loaned Executive. Currently, she serves on the advisory board of the Pennsylvania Nonprofit Report, the board of First Person Arts and PHRPS, is board chair of Miro Dance Theatre, is a mentor for Philadelphia Futures, and a committee member of the United Way of Southeastern Pennsylvania. Priscilla holds a Masters degree from Hunter College in Group and Organizational Development.
